When parents and caregivers have access to reliable information, supportive relationships, and practical resources, they are better equipped to encourage healthy growth both at home and at school.

Every opportunity is designed to strengthen communication, build relationships, and ensure families feel supported throughout the recovery process.

Hope Academy’s Family Engagement Program is led by Mindy Miller, LMHC, LCAC, an experienced mental health and addictions professional who has spent her career supporting individuals and families affected by substance use disorders.
As Director of Family Engagement, Mindy partners with families, students, staff, and community organizations to develop educational programming, provide resources, facilitate engagement opportunities, and ensure families have access to the support they need throughout their student’s recovery journey.
Her goal is simple: to make sure no family has to navigate recovery alone.
