Our full-time licensed therapist provides one-on-one and group counseling to help students manage emotions, process trauma, and set self-directed goals. Through evidence-based modalities and compassionate care, students develop healthier coping skills, stronger communication, and greater confidence in navigating both recovery and academics.

Hope Academy’s occupational therapy program helps students reconnect with their mind-body awareness—an essential piece of emotional and behavioral regulation. Many teens in recovery struggle with interoception, or the ability to recognize internal body cues. Our occupational therapist works with students in one-on-one and small group settings to build this awareness, support executive functioning, and develop healthy routines.
