Hear from Our Community

  • Hope was the beginning of a long journey towards being a productive member of society for me. It was where I began to get better, and where I learned that I was capable of much more than I had previously imagined for myself.

  • Hope Academy gave me (us) more than an education—it gave us a mirror. It asked us to look at ourselves, maybe for the first time, without judgment. And when we couldn’t love ourselves yet, someone here—maybe a teacher, a peer, a counselor—loved us anyway.

    Kat
    Class of 2011
  • It’s so much more than a school. It gave me a second chance, taught me hard work and determination, how to get through life not only drug free, but also how to be happy and content doing it.

  • Throughout the time we have been at Hope, we’ve walked a path that wasn’t always straight or easy, but it was real, and it was worth it. We’ve experienced growth that can’t be measured by grades or awards, but by how we’ve shown up for ourselves and for each other.

  • I highly recommend Hope to any family who is experiencing the disruption, heartbreak and pain of having an addicted teenager. It will likely make a world of difference to your family and your child. Hope helped save my child’s life. It could do the same for you.

  • Hope changes lives. There is literally no other school that offers the depth and quality of support needed so students with substance use issues can achieve both academic and recovery success.
