Last week was College Go Week! To celebrate the occasion our students wore their top college choice apparel on Tuesday and dressed for their intended profession on Thursday. Throughout the week students had the opportunity to research and explore options to prepare for life after high school!

Today Hope Academy had a viewing party and participated in the ONDCP Twitter chat at the White House in celebration of recovery month! We had a wonderful time over the weekend at the 24 Group’s Hawk Walk! It was great to have our students, families, faculty and staff join together to support recovery. One of our students even shared her story of recovery with everyone at the event. Great job Emily!

Like us, butterflies go through many life stages, where they experience growth and change. Over the last several weeks, Ms. Kyler’s science classes, raised painted lady butterflies and witnessed the stages of life firsthand.

During summer break, our Hope Academy family grew! Congratulations to Mr. Edwards and his wife on the birth of their son, Theodore Liam Edwards! Theodore was born on July 15, weighing 6lbs and 13oz.
